Kanban is a term borrowed from Japanese manufacturing meaning “visual management.” In this hands-on, activity-based workshop we’ll look at how a Kanban system make both throughput and bottlenecks transparent to you and your development team, with a special emphasis placed on applying Kanban systems to innovation and design work. Participants will leave equipped with the basic knowledge required to create, analyze and tweak lightweight, visual management systems.
